Before you write
A few things people ask most often — might save you a round trip.
- How quickly do you respond?
- Most messages get a reply within 24–48 hours on weekdays. Failed scans and billing problems are prioritized first.
- Where do I find a scan I already ran?
- Every scan you launch is in Scan History. Completed scans include a downloadable PDF exposure report and a Delete action.
- How does pricing work?
- Each scan is $99 one-time and covers one domain. White-label branding is an optional $50 one-time add-on. There's no subscription — you only pay when you run a scan.
- I think I found a security issue in darkweb-scanner itself.
- Use the form above and choose the "Security concern" category. We treat those reports with priority and follow up on the disclosure timeline.
- Can I scan a domain I don’t own?
- No. Only scan domains you own or are authorized to assess. We query only external, already-leaked data (infostealer logs, breach data, and attack-surface info) and never access your systems. See the authorized-use details in our Help Center.
- How long does a scan take?
- Most scans finish in a few minutes, depending on how much exposure data we find across Cavalier, breach sources, and Shodan. Scans run in the background, so you can close the console — the report appears in Scan History when it's done.
- My scan shows no findings.
- No findings can be good news — it means we didn't surface infostealer logs, leaked credentials, or exposed assets for your domain in the sources we query. Exposure changes over time, so consider re-scanning periodically. More in the scans & reports guide.
- How do I delete a scan?
- Open Scan History and click Delete on any scan to permanently remove it, including its report. Deletion can’t be undone.
- Do you offer pricing for MSPs / consultants?
- Yes — white-label reports let consultants and MSPs deliver branded exposure reports to clients for a $50 one-time add-on per scan. Request a meeting.
